About This Course
This course is specifically designed for Air Arabia Staff. Aligned with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859 guidelines, this SMS Course equips participants with the essential knowledge on how Safety Management System is manage, and continuously improve within the organization.
Understand the principles, structure, and requirements of an effective SMS in aviation.Apply the four components of SMS: Safety Policy, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance, and Safety Promotion.Identify hazards, assess and mitigate operational risks using industry-standard methodologies. Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, data analysis, and feedback.Encourage safety reporting and develop strategies to promote a positive safety culture. Ensure alignment with ICAO and CAA regulations and expectations.
